We’ve never done any business together and our order quantity is low. Will you accept the order? Our mission is to establish long- term relationship with our customers; all kind of orders are welcome. For specific ordering quantity and requirement, we encourage you to contact us to discuss more about the collaboration opportunity. Our normal minimum ordering quantity (MOQ: The minimum order per shipment depends on the size of the bag For average-sized bags and backpacks, 1,000pcs minimum per shipment and style is required. If you use our standard stock colors, 500 pieces per color is acceptable. Minimum 1,000pcs per shipment would remain. Production time is usually 30-45 days; however, the time may vary according to the order quantity and the type of materials used. TIME SENSITIVE orders will be accommodated. 3. Copying is a taboo in the fashion industry. If I have drafted some unique designs, how can you ensure that my designs would not be copied by the other customers? We observe privacy of orders and respect originality of designs. Therefore, exclusivity of each order is highly emphasized in RealStar. 4. For request of samples, how much would you charge? RealStar provides free samples to customers; however, customers are responsible for the courier charge. For company logo sampling, quotation would be made based on design specifications. All samples would be delivered for 1-3 days, depending on the design. 5. If I would like to know the price quotation of certain products designed by my own stylists, what can I do?
