Our manufacturing base is located in Ping Hu City, Zhejiang province, an area known for the cluster of factories specializing in fabric material production. The city is home to a huge number of skilled laborers and advance technical know- how, which always keep our factories running at full efficiency.

Our Team
In a view to providing the best products made from consistent materials, product quality is always the top consideration. Despite bridging with factories located in Pinghu, our office consists of prudent quality managers. In addition, in- house sample and R&D departments are established to exert direct control and supervision on product quality and to observe the exclusivity of customer’s designs as well. 

Material & Sample development
Our production mainly adopts raw material made in China locally, such as polyester, Nylon, Cotton, PVC, PU, PP and a host of others. For specific cases, such as production of upscale bags, materials are also imported from Taiwan and Korea. All in all, the use of material would be tailored made for each production in accordance to customer’s needs.

Our finished samples are verified against original specifications before submission to the customer. The development plan includes rendering your artwork by silkscreening, embroidery, rubber patching, woven labeling, sublimation transfer or other multi-modal techniques which are available in the marketplace.

Bag production quality control
Our factory has its own quality control section and is cross-checked mechanically, from the beginning - through to the final stage of production.

Furthermore, in order to live up to US & European safety standards, products are also sent to accredited laboratory testing companies.  Our QC staff are required to attend all testing forums and to keep abreast of the latest standards as they develop.
